This machine has three screw. It mainly extrude the plastic that used in pesticide bottles.  

With the application of three screw(38CRMOALA),automatic temperature control and frequency coversion. The machine can be used to extrude plastic granule of HDPE,LDPE,PP and polyvinyl chloride. Automatic net changer is optional and the quantity of the screw can adjust according to customers' demand.

Characteristics:

1.This machine can extrude large quantity materials and make the sidewall of the bottle more thick.

2.The products is made usually uses for toxic bottles like pesticide bottle and 84 disinfection bottle.

3.All the srews is made from ZHOUSHAN.

4.The heating circle is steel  stainless and this make the heating circle has longer sevice life.
